MoviePass came to us with a vision to improve their existing MoviePass mobile app and evolve the way their customers experienced their brands and products. They already led the movie-subscription industry but needed a software partner to help them improve their mobile app.
Once our teams began working together, both teams quickly realized that the partnership had potential to grow far beyond the initial code quality cleanup.
MoviePass has such a large user-base and catalogue, our teams had to make sure that the user-experience remains intuitive while re-engineering their app from the ground up. We also had to ensure that no important data is lost during the process. While executing the fixes, implementing software updates and testing the MoviePass platform, our team discovered the current app couldn’t handle enhancements the MoviePass team wanted to make.
Once our team discovered that the current app couldn’t handle all the advancements, we decided to build a new app that delivered a better experience for the end-user. Our teams implemented a robust and dynamic structure, redesigned their Android app and delivered many new changes. We sent weekly progress reports to the team at MoviePass to review and approve our process. Our teams worked in parallel to deliver the project on time.
With a strong maintenance plan for their newly redesigned mobile application, we’re helping MoviePass stay current with the latest features, and helping customers access to every theatrical release with site integration.
