What’s the difference between Content writing and UX Writing?
There is a big difference. But to cut a long story short, content writing is for bots (algorithms of search engines), and UX writing is for humans, the users.
A simple example we can quote is about the event when the user enters the wrong password.
The content writing would go like this – You Entered the Wrong Password
On the other hand, UX writing would go like this – The password entered is incorrect.
Broadly, it may not make any difference to a writer. Nevertheless, the latter phrase would surely induce a better user experience. Why? Because UX writing does not blame the user.
